Distant Shores: The Extraordinary War Brides by Backwoods Players, part of Durham Theatre Festival
An extraordinary interweaving of true stories as they are told by the war brides of Pickering. Experience the tragedies and triumphs as they left everything that they knew and loved and traveled with their loved ones across to strange new countries so they could be together.
